At Scyxarontyzakei, we stand behind the quality of Norattrix and aim to ensure a fair experience for every customer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can assist you.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery
  • The product must be in its original, sealed packaging (for unopened products)
  • For opened products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
  • The product must not have been purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used for more than 14 days
  • Products with removed or damaged labels
  • Products where the tamper-evident seal has been broken and more than 14 days have elapsed since delivery
  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team:

  2. Include your full name, order number, date of purchase, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you by email of the status of your refund
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our error

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund, at your preference.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order separately.
